EG complain of illegal WMF defuse

Evil Geniuses have handed in a protest to the Arbalet Cup admins after WeMade FOX made an illegal defuse in their group match against UNiTED.

The match, which ended as a 15-15 draw, was enough to see EG out of the tournament as UNiTED placed above the Americans even though they had the same points.

In the fifth round as CT, Sun Ho "termi" Pyun of WeMade FOX defused the bomb on BS A through the box without seeing it, an action that usually results in round deductions for the team.

Should the admins decide to remove rounds from WeMade FOX, then the Asian giants drop to third in the group and UNiTED and EG move up to first and second, respectively.

Contacted by HLTV.org, the Arbalet Cup admins said they will meet tonight to rule on the matter. We are currently making a videoclip of the action in question, so stay tuned to our website for more info on this case.
